The Elinx app uses each rule’s status, priority and recommendation. Priority can raise an alert, never lower it. Trigger timings and who sees each alert are set in the Elinx app. Always on and not controlled here: Offer not answered, Buyer solicitor missing, Not live on a portal.

Operational Efficiency Rating Framework
